WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Eric Atlan fought alongside me to ensure the success of all my recent industrial operations.Imaginative and presenting himself as a “communicator”, he is actually much more than that, always ready to look behind the figures to see the practical aspects of operations. His first talent is his ability to listen and understand the situations on which he will be working, and he goes on to ask questions until he pictures the strategy of the person he is talking to.It is only then that he begins by proposing the name of the product or company, its role and its positioning vis-a-vis the competition and its customers. He has a rare ability to look into the business and become personally involved as though he will be running it, and he brings about positive change through the well-known qualities of the society or its creations. This is how he designed a logo for me, pointed out to me that three of my first name’s four letters – OIL – are the name of my then-favourite product and explained the commercial possibilities for many products as well as its symbolic significance. His unwavering support for everything I have done, including writing, has been essential to me.
Eric is constantly searching for the right slogan and the values to highlight. His is an innovative approach, creating to serve both your project and your objectives. Atlan Consultants is a team that knows how to serve your company and assist you, from design through to implementation. Thanks to Eric we have been able to develop our core business by combining originality with ethics.
An iron hand in a velvet glove, bringing creativity and skill.
In short, the place to go to ensure memorable events!
Transforming a highly product-oriented sales communication style into a customer benefit-oriented one, with striking campaigns to stand out in a highly conventional BtoB universe (Vitamins pack and ‘Vous-Nous’ catalogue). Listening carefully to the customer to precisely define their campaign objectives. Skilfully combining creativity with a highly business- and results-driven approach (Xeno and Aquasil Ultra campaigns).
Organising excellent events (8’000 project)
‘Œuvre de Secours aux Enfants’ (in English, ‘Children’s Aid Society’) decided to celebrate its Centenary year by working to celebrate, commemorate and glorify its exceptional history and promote its modern-day actions. After consulting many firms, OSE chose Eric Atlan and his team for this 18-month mission, which involved a wealth of ideas, many meetings and ever-increasing numbers of events.
Eight years later, I am still pleased with my choice.
For more than 10 years as head of sales teams or in business unit management, I worked with Eric and his teams... in a close relationship.
With Eric I learned that people make the event, not the reverse. Together we built a series of events focusing on individuals to ultimately write a team story, a company ethos… His understanding of my challenges, his strong involvement, his creative talent and the effectiveness of his teams…
Made our annual meetings the favourite moment for all my teams.
Co-founder of French by Nature
Passionate, human, loyal, creative and always giving good advice, Eric is a wonderful person and I have been lucky enough to work on many projects with him for 17 years. These have ranged from product launches such as Kiss or Eclipse – even if the product was not up to its level, Eric’s very different, innovative project enabled us to reach 90% of the target market in a few months –, for corporate projects such as the 8000 or 7303 challenge or for seminars such as that at Stade de France or in Deauville or digital plenary sessions.
Whenever Eric was present and proposing ideas, he was constantly adapting while challenging each person, each situation, each decision and so on. I have learned a lot with him: his pugnacity, altruism and generosity are a real source of inspiration and an example.
Proof that creativity and sales effectiveness are not mutually exclusive, quite the opposite.
Throughout our long collaboration, the agency has actively contributed to our brand’s rebirth and business growth.
Whether for a product launch, rebranding, advertising campaign or event, Eric Atlan* and his team of consultants can bring a strategic vision, plenty of ideas, operational efficiency and high-impact creations.
*The youngest senior consultant in publicity.
Global Product Marketing Manager, Extraoral/Imaging
I have been working with Eric Atlan Consultants for more than 20 years – lasting partners, we have kept contact and collaborated on communication campaigns and events for some of the biggest (and not so big) names in the dental business, including Trophy Radiology, Kodak Dental Systems, Carestream, Kavo Dental, Keystone Dental, Zimmer Biomet Dental as well as many others. Some memorable projects immediately spring to mind: the launch of Trophypan at Studio Gabriel, the 30th anniversary of KaVo in their new premises in Lognes, the Creative Planning Board with the KOLs of Keystone Dental in Chantilly and Cape Sounio, and the Zimmer Biomet Symposiums at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris. These events left their mark on us with their original and sometimes offbeat creativity, impeccable organisation and top quality, with friendliness as a constant and essential ingredient. Eric listens carefully to fully understand the business’s challenges and convert into action the image the manager wants to publicise or the culture he wants to develop (sometimes without knowing it). I know I can ask Eric Atlan Consultants to do anything with my eyes closed. I feel I have a professional partner helping me to convey the best possible image to our customers – Eric Atlan Consultants will take care of everything including the details from A to Z.
Not to be taken in moderation!
Zimmer Dental SAS
For many years, Eric Atlan has organised all of Aosta Group’s annual conventions with style and panache. He has always been full of original ideas for locations and inviting top-quality speakers. His remarkably efficient team and Éric Atlan’s ability to adapt to any situation during these conventions has ensured they always go smoothly and all participants leave with unforgettable memories.
Eric Atlan inspires loyalty.
We met at university and since then fate has brought us together again several times to work on projects including two major events. Then the Secretary General of the Palais des Congrès de Paris Association for Research, I offered Eric a surprise project: to launch a vast national information campaign to raise public awareness of organ donations. He did not hesitate for a second, immediately joining me and bringing his many talents to this project: he is committed, creative and can coordinate all those involved (transplant surgeons, manufacturers, advertising agencies and TV production companies). The project was launched on 29 March 1992 with the Relay for Life. In the year of the Barcelona Olympics, the Four Musketeers of the French 4x100m Relay team ran down the Champs Elysées, with hundreds of children running in their wake. The flaming torch of organ donations — a perfect symbol for passing on life to another — served to show their commitment. The operation continued with a competition also devised by Eric: “Draw me the Relay of Life”.
The awards were presented by Profs. Christian Cabrol, Max Dubernard and Henri Kreis and the cartoonist Piem. The winner, a 13-year-old, had chosen the tree as a symbol of life, death and regeneration. As a prize, he flew to watch the Barcelona Olympics. Thanks to Eric, we experienced an unforgettable human adventure both for this child and for all of us, and one especially vital for the 6,000 patients currently awaiting a donor organ….
20 years later, our paths have crossed again.
As the Director of the COSEM health centres, my problem is as follows: how can I present a group image focusing on affordable healthcare excellence?
Always an excellent source of advice, Eric listens carefully to the client’s needs, acts on it immediately in the field and takes charge of things: with his team, he runs a management seminar, develops a mainly digital corporate communication strategy to give direction to our multi-centres and creates the group’s logo and a suite of communication media including a magnificent newsletter and a website with attractive content.
Eric is a demanding communications professional with countless qualities.
Dear Eric, thank you so much for giving me your advice!
Eric assisted the Procelys team by organising a change management seminar. He is highly attentive, and his unique experience helped him understand the challenges involved and assist each participant in his or her personal approach. The seminar’s programme was designed with the help of Atlan Consultants, They proposed a highly innovative approach.
Eric identified and proposed speakers that were a perfect fit for the needs of the team, who came together for a highly rewarding human and professional experience.
Business celebrations: a team’s success
The overriding memory I have of Éric’s contribution is of the moments of celebration in the teams and companies I have led. An important partner of our commercial companies, his agency has demonstrated a wealth of professional and, perhaps above all, human skills. These have been a factor in the success of major events celebrating our key moments: annual conventions for managers and sales personnel, the launch of an innovative product or the presentation of an organisational change involving massive commitment, such as the merger of two companies. In practical terms, my experience has shown that the effectiveness of Eric’s assistance in knowing how to make a milestone event an unforgettable, festive occasion for a company seems founded on expertise and fundamental values derived from his personality and culture:
*Intuitive understanding of the client’s corporate culture and history.
*Empathy towards its management and especially the event organisers.
*Creative ability to convey the strategic message.
*Skill in building the motivation of teams and their unity around a project.
In short, I remember Eric’s professionalism and expertise but especially his relational qualities: his ability to listen, to understand and to be able to transform a message into collective support for a project.
Chairman of the Strategic Council of the French Institute of Beverages, Brewing and Malting (IFBM)
Next year will mark my 30th year of working with Eric Atlan.
Throughout that time, his pragmatic advice and 360° approach have constantly been of great use to me in my business.
His discreet support is always valuable for business leaders seeking authentic excellence and a realistic strategic vision.
Our collaboration with Eric is a longstanding one, but the freshness and enthusiasm are still there. He is excellent at listening to our needs and brings his undeniable creative talent and infectious energy to our projects.
